Questions for your doctor

If you have a question for your doctor, the best way to receive an answer is to make an appointment to discuss.

In some situations it may be possible to outline your request to reception who may return your call with the requested information once it has been possible to discuss with the doctor. Please note doctors can be extremely busy throughout the day so the return phone call may not be for several hours or even the next day (unless you have booked a phone appointment).

In an emergency life threatening situation the doctor can be interrupted during a consultation for your call to be put through.

 

Repeat prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions for previously prescribed medications may be provided with a phone appointment, at the doctors discretion.

Medications not previously prescribed by doctors at the practice will generally require a face to face appointment.
