Standard appointments are for 10 minutes.

 

​We are now able to offer phone appointments as well as face to face appointments, as long as patients have been seen in person within the last 12 months (due to Medicare rules).

If you have a complicated problem or several issues to discuss with the doctor, please let the receptionist know so a longer appointment can be booked. This will help us keep to time so that other patients are not kept waiting.

 

We aim to see all patients in a timely fashion but there are times when emergencies take priority and this may result in a longer than normal waiting time. We do appreciate your understanding in these matters.

 

If you are unable to attend your booked appointment, please inform the receptionist at least 2 hours prior to the appointment time so that another patient may use that appointment slot. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a non-Medicare rebatable fee of $45.
